Our story

Cherry on Top Cheesecakes was born from a lifelong passion for baking and a love for bringing people together through delicious desserts. Robyn’s journey began in her childhood, where she cherished baking with her nana. Those early experiences ignited a lifelong passion for creating sweet treats.


Robyn began diving deep into perfecting cheesecake recipes as a cherished hobby in 2020. Fuelled by creativity and a drive to share her love for cheesecake with others, Robyn opened Cherry on Top Cheesecakes in 2023.


Each bite of our cheesecakes reflects the dedication and joy that started in that cozy kitchen with her nana. When you enjoy our cheesecakes, you’re savouring not just a dessert, but a piece of Robyn’s heartfelt journey.

  • Do you cater events?

    Yes! We offer cheesecake catering for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, showers, and other special occasions. Contact us to discuss your event and custom dessert needs.

  • Why can I only order for future dates?

    Our cheesecakes are made fresh to order and require time for baking, cooling, decorating, and properly setting to ensure the best quality. We also carefully plan our production schedule and ingredient inventory based on expected orders. Opening ordering in specific date ranges helps us guarantee freshness, maintain quality, and ensure we have all the ingredients needed for every order. If you're looking for a date that isn't currently available, feel free to contact us or come in to the store and we'll do our best to help! 

  • Do you make gluten free options?

    We offer select gluten-friendly options to order. However, all products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present, so we cannot guarantee they are completely gluten free.

  • How should I store my cheesecake?

    Keep your cheesecake refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Cheesecakes are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of pickup. For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

  • Can I freeze my cheesecake?

    Absolutely! Wrap individual slices or the whole cheesecake well and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the 

    refrigerator before serving.

  • Do you offer custom cheesecakes?

    Yes! We love creating custom cheesecakes for special occasions. Contact us with your flavour ideas, serving size, and event date for availability and pricing.

  • How far in advance should I place an order?

    We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during holidays and busy seasons. Custom orders may require additional notice depending on complexity and availability.

  • What sizes are available?

    We offer a variety of sizes, including individual cheesecakes, cupcake-sized cheesecakes, medium cheesecakes and large cheesecakes. Visit us in store for a full selection.

  • Do you deliver?

    At this time, orders are pickup only. Limited delivery may be available for larger events.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, debit and credit.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes! Gift certificates are available in-store.
